Notice is hereby given that the County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, at which time and place all interested persons will be heard on the proposed re-subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Martel’s First Subdivision into two tracts – a 5-acre tract and a 28.86-acre tract. The property is located east of Lincoln on the west side of 93rd Street SE, about halfway between 22nd Avenue SE and Lincoln Road.
