Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad crossing at 26th Street will be closed to repair the crossing. The crossing repair is expected to take until approximately late afternoon.
A detour will be in place.
Southbound traffic will follow the detour route west on Railroad Avenue to 24th Street, south on 24th Street to Bowen Avenue, and then east back to 26th Street.
Northbound traffic will follow the detour route west on Bowen Avenue to 24th Street, north on 24th Street to Railroad Avenue, and then east back to 26th Street.
Traffic should use alternate routes.
