The City of Bismarck and Bismarck State College will host a kick-off meeting for the Great Plains Applied Energy Technology Center feasibility study. Community stakeholders and regional energy resources will meet to establish goals and objectives for the study and to explore the feasibility and sustainability of an energy applied technology facility in Bismarck. Results of the study are expected to be available within seven weeks.
