Washington Street South of Billings Drive to London Avenue is re-opened to local through traffic. The street width has been reduced in the area of the drainage ditch to accommodate the pumping system. Traffic speeds have been reduced to 10 mph.
Traffic should proceed across the drainage ditch at speeds less than 10 mph as not to cause damage to the pumping system that is in place.
