The Bismarck Police Department Bomb Team is comprised of officers from the Bismarck Police Department who have received specialized training through the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). The team is fully accredited and recognized by the FBI as an explosive ordinance team that can respond to statewide incidents that require the neutralization, detection or disposal of explosive devices. The team consists of a Commander and 5 technicians who utilize specialized vehicles, technology and equipment to fulfill their mission.
