This public event is hosted by Bismarck Global Neighbors and Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library. It will be held in Room A (lower level) of the Library, 515 N 5th Street in Bismarck, ND.

HQ (Teen Headquarters) is open for walk-in use by teens in grades 6-12.
