Bismarck Public Library's Grants Resource Center is located on the Library's main level in the Reference area.  It is a repository for materials related to grantwriting and grantseeking available to use during library hours.

Materials included in the Library's holdings are:  books, directories, annual reports, bulletins, and newsletters.  The IRS-990-PF foundation annual returns are available at the Foundation Center's web site. FC Search: The Foundation Center's Database brings together in one place information contained in many of the directories published by the Foundation Center.  This database is available on our six sit-down computers adjacent to the Reference Desk.  No reservation is needed and the printing charges are 10¢ per page.

The Library's Grants Resource Center is one of 225 Cooperating Collections of The Foundation Center, an organization which provides data on U.S. foundations and corporate direct givers.  Bismarck Public Library received member designation in 1994.  Any person or agency may use the Center's materials at no cost.  Special information and materials may be obtained upon request from the Library at a reasonable charge.
